For this courtyard in South Melbourne we were asked to renovate the existing paving, we used Bluestone crazy paving as the main area with a complimentary patio using London grey tumbled Baton in a Herringbone pattern. To make the area multifunctional we built a raised planter cladded with London grey tumbled Limestone in an offset stretcher pattern with a floating timber bench seat.
To create some privacy from the nieghbours we added a climbing feature.

In this inner Melbourne project we have used a range of Bluestone pavers. Working with our client we completed both front and back paving using Ashlar pattern as the rear feature, Bluestone tumbled setts for the driveway and a stretcher pattern for the front entrance to give this property some real Melbourne flavour.
